Digital workers built around your business — and you own the code.
A digital worker is software that does a job for you, like checking invoices, with your rules and approvals built in. You test it on realistic data before it touches anything real. No per-use fees. Nothing to rent.
Describe your business.
Digital Workers
Software workers designed around how your company actually works — tested on realistic data, then delivered as source code you own.
Gartner predicts more than 40% of agentic-AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 — citing escalating costs, unclear business value, or inadequate risk controls.
We built Nexgile to answer all three.
Costs you can see before you go live.
See your workers in action on realistic data before they go live.
Governance your auditors read — not a dashboard over a black box.
And when the evaluation ends, you own the source code.
Nothing to rent. No per-decision fees. No connection back to us.
When you download a worker, you get all of its code — plus a security risk assessment and a signed list of everything inside — so your engineers can check every line themselves.
Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a software worker with rules and approvals built in, delivered as code you own — not a renamed bot or script.
One platform. Describe it, build it, own it.
Nx·Studio designs the digital workers that run your business. Nx IDE is there when you want to build or extend the software around them. The Cognitive Engine learns routine decisions and makes them without AI. The Foundation makes all of it testable, readable and yours.
Nx·Studio
Describe a business process. An AI business analyst designs digital workers for it, you test them on realistic data, then download all the code.
- Up to five designs from one description
- Tested on sample data made for each worker
- All the code — no Nexgile service needed to run it
Nx IDE
An AI engineering team inside your code editor. It plans, writes, tests and reviews code — with the AI model you choose, and only with your approval.
- 31 built-in specialists
- Approvals on by default, every step reversible
- 26 AI providers, or AI on your own computers
Cognitive Engine
It learns routine decisions from outcomes you confirm, then makes them itself without AI — but only after passing an exam.
- Learns only from confirmed outcomes
- Acts only after a zero-mistake exam
- Not sure? It hands the case to a person
The Foundation
The principles every digital worker is built on: tested before it's trusted, rules that run as rules, blueprints you can read, and code you own.
- Rules that don't use AI
- Readable blueprints, every version saved
- A security review and a list of what's inside, with every download
Why our digital workers are different.
AI models can be swapped out. The Foundation stays — four principles that make every digital worker testable, readable and yours.
Proven on realistic data before go-live.
Every worker is tested in the studio on realistic sample data or your own files, so you see every step, approval and cost before it goes live.
Your policy isn't a suggestion to an AI.
Your business rules become real steps that don't use AI — and a person's approval is built into the design.
Your auditors read it before it runs.
Every worker is a flowchart you can read — see who approves what, and compare any two versions.
The fourth principle comes with every download: all of the worker's code, which runs without any Nexgile service — plus a security risk assessment and a signed list of everything inside. And wherever a person must decide, the worker stops and waits for them.
Rent an agent, or own a workforce.
The difference isn't a feature. It's who holds the code when the contract ends.
- Their platform.
- A meter that charges more as you grow.
- A dashboard over someone else's black box.
- Cancel, and the workforce vanishes.
- Your own systems.
- Rules that never use AI.
- Blueprints your auditors read before anything goes live.
- Cancel, and nothing happens — it's your code.
We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. We want you independent — ongoing help is optional, on your terms.
How our pricing worksWhat's new across the platform.
The biggest recent additions — each labeled with where it stands today.
Nx·Studio
Available- Sample data made for each worker — or import your own files
- Workers that take action: 39 kinds of steps, from calling your other systems to looking things up in a database
- Approvals that pause a test run and resume when a person decides
Nx IDE
Available- Cortex: a map of your code that shows what a change will affect
- Agent Manager: many AI agents working at the same time, each on its own copy of the code
- Rules for what the agent may do, your own checks, and a cost dashboard
Cognitive Engine
Available- Learns routine decisions from outcomes you confirm
- Acts only after a zero-mistake exam on unseen cases
- Decides without AI — and hands anything unproven to a person
You own everything
You get all the code and run it on your own systems — nothing to rent, no per-decision fees, no connection back to us. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
Test without your real data
Every worker can be tested on sample data generated just for it, so an evaluation doesn't have to start with your real records. What you choose to upload stays separate for your organization.
People stay in control
Approval steps are part of every design: the worker stops and waits for a person. Steps that could change or delete data without an approval are flagged before download.
Readable and recorded
Every worker is a flowchart you can read before it runs, with every version saved, and every test run is recorded step by step — built for regulated industries.
How we handle security and data
AI built for how
your industry works.
In regulated industries, an AI worker that can't explain itself can't be used. That's why we focus on industries with the strictest rules. Workers arrive as blueprints you can read. They're tested on realistic data before they touch a real record, and they run on your own systems, inside your compliance rules — owned by you.
Financial Services
Automated compliance, fraud detection, and decisions matched to risk.
Healthcare
Patient records, support for diagnosis, and scheduling.
Supply Chain
Better delivery routes, stock management and demand forecasting.
Manufacturing
Spotting machine problems early, quality control and production planning.
These are examples of what the platform can build for each sector — not customer projects.
Asked, answered, and verifiable.
What exactly do we own?
Everything that comes with a worker: its code and the engine it runs on, its flowchart, its data and knowledge files, and a test. You also get a security risk assessment and a signed list of what's inside. There's no license key, and it runs without any Nexgile service. The ownership terms themselves are set out in your contract.
What happens if we stop working with Nexgile?
Your workers keep running. They're your own code on your own systems — they never connect back to us, and there's no meter to switch off. Your engineers can read every line to check.
Who maintains the code we own?
Your call. Downloaded workers are standard code your engineers can maintain like any other in-house software. Many clients keep Nexgile on for upgrades through Managed Delivery. Ownership means you choose who maintains it — including us, on your terms.
How is this priced without a meter?
You pay to design your workforce, not to run it. There's no fee per decision and nothing to rent. Rule steps don't use AI at all, and the AI steps that remain run on your own AI account, at your rates.
How our pricing worksDo you ever see our real data?
Not unless you choose to share it. Workers can be designed from a description and tested on generated sample data, so you don't need to hand over real records. If you upload documents or your own data to sharpen a design, you decide what to share. It's kept separate for your organization, and a data-processing agreement covers it. Hands-on delivery work is governed by your contract.
