The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

You describe it. You test it. You own it. You run it.

Pricing

You pay to design your workforce. Not to run it.

No per-decision meter. Nothing to rent. Pricing shaped like a project — based on the work you automate, never on the decisions your workers make.

Priced like a project. Never charged by use.

Every project is priced on designing and delivering your workforce. It's based on the processes you automate and the systems we connect to — never on the decisions your workers make. Ongoing help through Managed Delivery is optional and priced as a service you choose — not something you're locked into. Updates are work you order when you want them. And if you stop paying us, nothing stops working — it's your code.

01

Workforce design & delivery

The core project: designing and delivering your digital workforce, based on the processes you automate and the systems we connect to. The scope is agreed before work begins — and it is never metered by the decisions your workers make.

02

Managed Delivery — optional

Ongoing help, priced as a service you choose — not something you're locked into. Keep us on for upgrades and operations, or hand everything to your own engineers — all of the code is theirs either way.

03

Updates on your schedule

Work you order when you need it. When your process changes, we redesign and re-test the worker, and you download the new version — on your schedule, not a subscription clock.

You won't find a price table on this page — on purpose. Each project is scoped to your processes and your systems, so a generic figure wouldn't be yours. The same policy that governs every number on this site applies here: we scope it honestly in a workforce design conversation rather than publish a number we can't stand behind.

111
Enterprise Portals

Enterprise applications, ready to carry your own brand.

333
Digital Workers

Software workers with rules and approvals built in, delivered as code you own.

17
Industries

Delivered across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.

Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a software worker with rules and approvals built in, delivered as code you own — not a renamed bot or script.

Three charges you'll never see.

Each one is built into the code you receive — and your own engineers can check each one, on your own computers.

01

No per-decision meter

Metered platforms bill you every time your worker thinks. There is no Nexgile meter: as your workforce scales, there is no meter scaling with it, and success never raises what you pay us.

What your engineers can check
02

No license to run it

Your workers are your own code on your own systems — no license keys, no activation, no subscription keeping the lights on. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.

What your engineers can check
03

No connection back to us

Your workers never contact Nexgile — there's nothing to cut off and no usage to report. It's all in the code, for your engineers to check.

What your engineers can check

Every download is the complete code — so your engineers can check all three for themselves, without taking our word for it. See what they can check on the Trust Center.

How the costs work.

Inside a worker, the rules you write become rule steps that don't use AI — so there's nothing to bill. AI is used only for the steps that need judgment.

Those AI steps run on your own provider account, at your rates, and the studio estimates the cost of each action before you go live. Nexgile adds no meter on top.

We explain how the costs work instead of quoting a marketing percentage — so you can estimate your own costs before you sign anything.

We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor with a meter earns more the more you depend on it. We want you independent — ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

No figures here, on purpose: projects are scoped, not metered — and we don't publish numbers that aren't yours.

The questions buyers ask first.

What happens if we stop?

Nothing stops working — it's your code. Your workers run on your own systems; they never connect back to us, and there's no meter to switch off. Your engineers can read every line to check.

What your engineers can check
How is this priced without a meter?

You pay to design your workforce, not to run it. There's no fee per decision and nothing to rent. Rule steps don't use AI at all, and the AI steps that remain run on your own AI account, at your rates.

How the costs work
Why are there no price figures on this page?

Because each project is priced for your processes and the systems we connect to, a generic figure wouldn't be yours. The same policy that governs every number on this site applies here: when we can't publish something honestly, we don't publish it. A short scoping conversation gives you a figure for your own project.

Scope a workforce design
Does what we pay Nexgile change when our volume grows?

No. There's no Nexgile meter, so success never raises what you pay us. The AI steps your workers use are billed by your AI provider, and that cost does grow with volume. That's why the studio shows a cost estimate for each action before you go live.

Is Managed Delivery required?

No. Ongoing help through Managed Delivery is optional and priced as a service you choose — not something you're locked into. Many clients keep Nexgile on for upgrades; others run everything with their own engineers. Ownership means you choose who maintains it — including us, on your terms.

What exactly do we own?

Everything that comes with a worker: its code and the engine it runs on, its flowchart, its data and knowledge files, and a test. You also get a security risk assessment and a signed list of what's inside. There's no license key, and it runs without any Nexgile service. The ownership terms are set out in your contract.

You describe it. You test it. You own it. You run it.

A scoping conversation covers the processes you want to automate and the systems we'll connect to — and ends with a figure that's yours, not a meter.
